NOTE: Listening stations contain a total
of 25 CD listening slots. In each station,
20 are reserved for MULTI PLATINUM ACTS from
the major labels while the remaining 5 are
made available to indie artists. As a result,
we strongly recommend that all interested
indies submit ASAP to ensure the best chances
of securing a spot.

First,
mail us your CD with a small bio of
your band at our office mailing address:

Each
CD received for placement will be reviewed
by a panel of industry experts to ensure
best market suitability. ONLY ONCE YOUR
CD HAS BEEN APPROVED FOR PLACEMENT WILL
YOU BE REQUIRED TO PAY THE REQUIRED
DEPOSIT (in all instances, the first
two months must be paid upfront and
the balance paid monthly).

IF APPROVED,
you will be contacted by phone and/or
email to further discuss details and
distribution arrangements with the distribution
consultant who will gladly answer any
of your questions, assist you in signing
the agreement and collect your payment.

Bands
positioned in the CD placement booths
are eligible to receive many services
at discounted rates with White Eagle
Music Promotions and AWAKE Entertainment
Alliance as well as COMPLIMENTARY ones
including meeting with an industry specialty
critic for a one hour consultation.

Questions & Answers
How
many booths will my CD’s
end up in?
At this time, every contract guarantees
you positioning and placement
in a minimum of 5 stations (5
different locations) with a maximum
of 10 within the GTA. Your CD
will be added to additional stations
as your sales volume increases.
What
is my minimum commitment?
Contracts are for a minimum of
3 months at a time. Contracts
may be renewed in blocks of three
(3) after the initial term.
What
is the cost?
TOTAL cost for the first 3 months
commitment is $1,450 and includes:
Placement – Set-up and First
5 locations. Renewal term
How
are booths being marketed?
Average traffic in each of the
locations is 500 people a day.
In addition, location managers
have a customer flyer information
program to support the stations.
